The Foodbank Players are happy to announce open auditions for their summer show, As You Like It. Here's the information:

Auditions: Saturday, May 18th from 1-3 in the Healing Garden, 1435 Webster Street, Alameda, CA, 94501

For the audition please prepare a 1-2 minute Shakespearean monologue from any play. In addition to the monologue you may be asked to engage in a short improv dialogue. The auditions will be held on the stage at the Healing Garden, an outdoor venue.

Rehearsals for As You Like It will run from Monday, June 3rd until Wednesday, July 3rd. Performances will be Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm, July 6,7,13,14,20,21. Rehearsals will be 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday evenings from 6-8, then on Saturdays from 1-3. Performances will be at the Healing Garden, Franklin Park and Lincoln Park.
